Chess for Kids

Chess earlier days was considered a game to be played by elderly people. Introduction of Chess Clocks, improvements in time control, Fischer time control, simplified rules, Introduction of Age group championships starting from Under 7 have revolutionized chess and has made it popular among kids. Chess shall be taught for kids at the age of 4+ or 5. Chess develops academic abilities, social behavior at the very young age. Here are the heroes of Mangalore who won laurels and have made us proud( Age -Below 10). These are also excelling in their studies:
